Detail the sheets as large panels with slim recessed joints and concealed fixings, wrapping the corners without a trim. Show the day condition as opaque from outside: the pattern reads as a solid textured surface while daylight filters through to the interior in a fine dappled pattern. Detail the night condition, shown in the same image through a partial view or a reflection, as the reverse — internal light escaping through the perforations so the whole box becomes a softly glowing lantern with the pattern reading as points of light.
