Campus Wall Receding: Fence Penetration and Pedestrian Green Belt

Show a Taiwanese school where the solid boundary wall has been set back and replaced with a permeable fence, giving the street a wider sidewalk and a planted buffer. Render the new boundary as a low masonry plinth topped with a slim vertical metal fence through which the campus trees, playground and covered walkway are visible from the street.
