梁枋彩绘：擂金画与枋心

Show a close view of the painted decoration on the beams of a Taiwanese temple hall. Render a horizontal beam divided along its length into a central panel and two flanking end panels, each treated differently. Fill the central panel with a landscape or figure scene painted in fine gold powder on a black lacquer ground, the gold applied while the lacquer is tacky so the image reads as a luminous drawing floating in darkness, its tones graded from dense gold to a faint dusting. Decorate the end panels with geometric and foliate patterns in cobalt, jade, coral and gold, bounded by crisp painted borders. Show the beam's rounded underside and the bracket blocks at each end in plain dark red-brown. Detail age honestly: fine crazing across the lacquer, small losses at the edges, a film of incense soot dulling the upper surfaces. Light from below with warm temple lighting so the gold catches and the black recedes. Photorealistic, black and gold, refined and aged, close eye-level view.
