Design a suspended installation so light that the room's own air currents animate it. Show several hundred thin paper elements — flat cut shapes, folded forms, narrow strips — hung individually on very fine threads from a gallery ceiling at varying heights, filling the volume of the room like a slow drifting shoal. Detail the paper as a lightweight translucent stock, warm white and slightly fibrous, so each element glows where light passes through it and reads as a soft silhouette where it does not. Show the movement as continuous but almost imperceptible: every element rotating slowly and independently, some caught edge-on and nearly invisible, others turned face-on and fully lit, so the field flickers gently between presence and absence. Detail the motion's cause as the room's own convection and the passage of visitors, with the elements nearest the doorway visibly more agitated than those in the still centre. Show the threads as effectively invisible, leaving the papers apparently unsupported. Detail the shadows cast onto the white walls as a dense, softly moving field of overlapping shapes, larger and vaguer than the objects themselves.
