Design a Year of the Tiger themed zone at a Taiwanese Lantern Festival as a laser forest. Erect a dense grid of slim black steel columns about 5 metres tall across a large area, each carrying laser and beam fixtures aimed horizontally and diagonally so the space fills with a crossing lattice of bright beams in amber and deep orange, made visible by a constant haze. Programme the beams to sweep slowly in patterns that suggest tiger stripes moving through the volume. Place several large mirror-steel tiger head sculptures within the grid, catching and scattering the beams. Keep the ground in dark paving with a subtle reflective finish. Route a single narrow walking path through the grid so visitors pass directly through the beam field. Keep all ambient lighting off. Show a night scene with silhouetted visitors moving through the beams, their forms cutting the light. Photorealistic, dark with intense amber beams, dramatic and atmospheric, eye-level view along the path.
