Design the main lantern of a Taiwanese Lantern Festival for the Year of the Rooster, about 14 metres tall, as a proud and funny cartoon character. Give the rooster a very round plump body on tiny legs, a big head with enormous confident eyes, an oversized floppy red comb and wattle, and a small orange beak open mid-crow. Build it in smooth seamless translucent fabric glowing warmly from within. Colour the body cream and butterscotch, and render the tail as a fan of oversized rounded feather shapes in bright pastel coral, mint, lilac and yellow, each glowing separately. Show it standing tall with its chest puffed out. Scatter smaller chick figures at child height around the base, round and yellow. Set on a low platform with glowing egg and sunrise shapes and warm uplighting. Show a night scene with families photographing and children among the chicks.
