Interior architectural photography of an underground metro station concourse in Kaohsiung, Taiwan, in the manner of Shin Takamatsu. A vast circular hall roofed by a shallow stained-glass dome thirty metres across, composed of thousands of hand-made coloured glass panels in swirling blues, reds, golds and greens radiating outward from two central columns. The columns splay open like trees to carry the dome. Coloured light washing across the polished stone floor and the faces of commuters below.
