亭阁庭院水景：浅水盘与石阶

Design a resort courtyard in the manner of Kerry Hill, calm and horizontally composed. Set a shallow reflecting pool filling most of the court, its water level almost flush with the surrounding stone paving so the two read as one plane. Enclose it with low off-white rendered walls with a precise flat coping and a deep flat roof overhang on one side supported by slim columns, casting a strong horizontal shadow line across the water. Cross the pool with a straight run of large stone stepping slabs, each a few millimetres above the water. Place a single mature tree with a clear trunk in a square opening cut in the paving, its canopy shading part of the court. Keep planting to that one tree and a low ground cover in a gravel bed. Detail a slim horizontal timber screen on one side filtering the light. Allow no furniture, no ornament, no lighting visible. Show late afternoon with long horizontal shadows and the water mirroring the roof edge. Photorealistic, serene, horizontal and precise, eye-level view across the water.
