Design an urban canopy whose whole architecture is its perforation. Show a flat rectangular panel roof carried on a simple grid of thin columns, the plane itself made from folded aluminium sheet punched with round holes, the hole diameter changing gradually across the surface — dense and tiny where the sun strikes hardest, opening to wide generous circles toward the shaded north edge — so the sheet shifts from nearly solid to nearly lace across its own length. Detail the perforation as a true gradient with no visible steps between zones, the holes staggered on a triangular grid. Show the sheet finished in a warm champagne anodised tone on top and a deeper bronze underneath, so the soffit reads darker and the light coming through glows against it. Detail the panel edges as a simple returned lip, showing the sheet's thinness at every boundary. Show the ground beneath as the point of the whole design: a graded carpet of light, dense scattered pinpricks at one end fading to broad coins of sun at the other. Set it over a paved forecourt with low seating walls. Show high midday sun. Photorealistic, graded, bronze and light spots, low view looking along the soffit.
