剪黏脊饰：碗片剪成的龙凤

Render a close study of Taiwanese cut-and-paste ceramic ridge decoration, the craft in which shards cut from glazed bowls are set into a mortar armature. Show a dragon figure about two metres long mounted on a temple ridge, its body built up over a wire and mortar core and completely clad in thousands of individually cut curved ceramic fragments — cobalt blue, jade green, coral red, amber and white — each shard's cut edge and slight thickness visible, catching light at different angles so the surface glitters unevenly. Detail the scales as overlapping shards laid like fish scales, the mane as thin upright slivers, and the eyes as inset glass beads. Show the mortar bedding faintly visible between shards where the craft is honest rather than smoothed. Include a flaming pearl beside it and the tiled roof falling away below. Shoot in raking late-afternoon sun so every shard edge throws a shadow. Photorealistic, jewel-like, handmade and slightly rough, tight close view.
