马年灯区・卡通风:旋转木马广场与彩带

Design a Year of the Horse themed zone at a Taiwanese Lantern Festival as a carousel fairground. Set a large working carousel at the centre with cartoon horses in cream, coral and mint with rainbow manes, under a striped canopy edged with warm bulb lights. Surround it with a circular plaza where dozens of static cartoon pony figures at child height stand in playful poses, glowing softly. Build oversized glowing ribbon and bunting forms arcing overhead between decorative poles. Add a giant horseshoe archway at the plaza entrance, glowing gold. Include a small stepped seating ring where families can sit and watch. Scatter glowing star and cloud shapes at ground level. Lay a soft rubber surface in warm cream with a radial pattern. Light warmly with bulb strings, internal glow and the carousel's own lighting. Show a night scene with the carousel turning, children riding and families watching from the steps. Photorealistic, warm, nostalgic and festive, eye-level view toward the carousel.
