Design a public toilet in the manner of Tadao Ando, conceived as a shelter from the rain. Show a broad circular disc roof floating well beyond the walls below, projecting outward like the brim of a hat so the whole perimeter is sheltered and people can stand out of the weather without entering. Detail the roof as a thin precise plane of fair-faced concrete with a crisp edge and a shadow gap where it meets the structure. Build the body below as a cylinder of vertical metal louvres in a muted colour, arranged so air passes freely through them while sight does not, and set the entrances as two openings on opposite sides so the building can be entered from either direction and never feels like a dead end. Show a circular circulation passage running around the inside of the cylinder, with the fully accessible cubicle placed at the centre. Detail narrow vertical slits admitting daylight into the passage. Include a rainy day with water running off the disc edge.
