辰年メインランタン・カートゥーン風:丸々とした縁起の良い龍と雲

Design the main lantern of a Taiwanese Lantern Festival for the Year of the Dragon, about 16 metres tall, as a friendly cartoon dragon. Give it a short plump body, a big round head with enormous smiling eyes, tiny wings far too small for its body, stubby legs and a curling tail, all built from smooth seamless translucent fabric glowing warmly from within. Colour it in a cheerful jade green with a golden belly, soft coral horns and a fluffy cream mane. Show it perched on a cluster of oversized rounded cloud forms in white and pale blue, also glowing, so it appears to float. Add a large glowing pearl held between its front paws. Scatter smaller cloud shapes and baby dragon figures at child height around the base. Light warmly with concealed uplights and internal glow.
