Design a public artwork embedded in the ground plane, visible only after dark. Show a large paved plaza with several thousand tiny circular light points set flush into the surface, each no more than twenty millimetres across, distributed in a pattern that is dense in some regions and almost empty in others so the field reads as a scattered constellation rather than a grid. Detail the individual points as warm white and very small but intensely bright, each throwing a soft circular pool onto the surrounding stone, with the points slowly and independently varying in brightness so the whole field seems to breathe and twinkle.
