Create a residential development brochure spread, viewed flat as a two-page layout. Show the left page occupied almost entirely by a single large architectural image — a dusk exterior or a lifestyle interior — bled to the edges. Detail the right page as a composed layout on a clear grid: a short poetic headline in a large serif at the top, three or four lines of body copy in a small clean sans-serif beneath, a horizontal rule, and a row of three small supporting images with tiny captions.
