Year of the Snake Main Lantern・Tech Style: Twisting Halo and Streamline

Design the main lantern of a Taiwanese Lantern Festival for the Year of the Snake, about 16 metres tall, as a continuous luminous ribbon. Build the snake as a single smooth tube of translucent material coiling upward in an elegant unbroken curve, its diameter tapering from base to head, supported by a concealed internal steel spine so no structure is visible. Fill the tube with addressable LED programmed so pulses of colour travel along its length from tail to head — deep teal shifting to violet to gold — reading as continuous motion. Model the head as a simple faceted form in mirror steel with two focused beam eyes. Surround the coil with a set of concentric floating LED rings at varying heights, slowly rotating on concealed motors. Set it on a black reflective platform doubling the coils. Add light haze so the glow diffuses. Show a clear night with the colour pulse mid-travel and a crowd watching. Photorealistic, sleek, hypnotic and futuristic, low eye-level view.
