Community Indoor Pool: Water Reflections on the Ceiling

Design an indoor swimming pool in a Taiwanese residential community, where the moving water light is the design's main event. Show a lap pool tiled in a deep teal glass mosaic so the water reads dark and jewel-like rather than pale blue, with a deck-level overflow channel and a pale stone surround. Detail the ceiling as a smooth pale curved vault, deliberately plain, so the rippling reflections thrown up from the water play across it as the room's only pattern and movement. Show a full-height glazed wall onto a planted courtyard with tall bamboo, its glass shaded by a deep overhang so no direct sun hits the water. Detail the lighting as concealed underwater sources and a soft perimeter cove, so at night the pool glows and the room around it recedes. Show a run of loungers in teak and cream fabric along one side, and stacked rolled towels on a timber shelf. Keep the palette teal, pale stone, teak and cream. Show early evening with the water lit.
