White Frame Cafe: Terraced Landscape and Planting

Design a café interior in the manner of Sou Fujimoto, where the floor becomes a landscape of levels. Build a series of shallow white stepped platforms rising through the space at different heights, each broad enough to sit or place a cup on, with no conventional chairs or tables at all — people choose their own level and orientation. Keep every surface a uniform matte white including the steps, walls and ceiling, so the space reads as an abstract topography. Punctuate the platforms with slender white columns and scattered planters of green foliage growing at various heights. Place the service counter as a simple white block at the lowest level. Bring daylight from a fully glazed wall and a rooflight so the space is bright and shadowless. Show people sitting at different levels, some with laptops, some talking, occupying the steps informally. Add cushions in muted tones as the only soft elements. Photorealistic, bright, abstract and inviting, eye-level view up across the stepped landscape.
