S-Shaped Seating: Two People Face-to-Face Yet Independent

Design a two-person park seat shaped so its occupants face each other without sitting side by side. Show a single S-curved form in plan: one lobe of the curve opens to the left and the other to the right, so a person settling into each lobe ends up turned inward at roughly forty-five degrees, close enough to talk quietly but separated by the crossing point of the S. Detail the backrest as following the same curve continuously, high behind each shoulder and dipping to almost nothing at the centre where the two curves cross, so the divide between the two seats is felt rather than built. Show the whole piece as one moulded shell in a soft matte grey composite, its surface seamless with no visible joints, the section thinning gracefully toward every free edge. Detail the base as a narrow continuous plinth following the S in plan, so the shell appears to grow from the paving. Show two people using it in conversation, their knees nearly touching at the crossing. Set it beside a park path with clipped shrubs and a lawn behind. Show soft late-afternoon light.
