Year of the Horse Main Lantern・Cartoon Style: Short-legged Pony and Carousel Feel

Design the main lantern of a Taiwanese Lantern Festival for the Year of the Horse, about 15 metres tall, as a joyful carousel-inspired cartoon. Give the horse a round barrel body on short stubby legs, a big head with enormous sparkling eyes, a flowing candy-coloured mane and tail, and a broad smile. Build it in smooth seamless translucent fabric glowing warmly from within. Colour it cream white with a rainbow-pastel mane, gold hooves and a decorative saddle in coral and mint with scrollwork. Set it on a rotating circular platform ringed with a carousel-style canopy of striped fabric in cream and coral, edged with warm bulb lights, and with two smaller pony figures at child height also on the platform. Add glowing star and ribbon shapes overhead. Light warmly with bulb strings and internal glow. Show a night scene with the platform slowly turning and families watching.
