Perforated Dome's Light Rain: Eight-Layered Star Stacking Spots

Design a vast shallow dome canopy in the manner of Jean Nouvel, floating over an open-air cluster of low white cubic volumes and shaded seawater channels. Show the dome as a very flat segment of a sphere, roughly a hundred and eighty metres across, carried on only four concealed supports so it appears to hover clear of everything beneath. Detail its skin as eight superimposed layers of perforated star-patterned screen — the outer layers in bright metal, the inner in a dark bronze-toned aluminium — each layer rotated and scaled differently, so daylight passing through all eight arrives below as thousands of scattered points rather than as a readable pattern. Show that effect as the entire subject of the image: a dense shifting rain of light falling across white walls, still water and the figures walking through. Detail the dome's underside as a deep dark webbed structure so the light spots read brilliantly against it. Set it on a flat coastal site with open sea beyond.
