Twisting Tower: A Volume Rotating Floor by Floor

Design a residential tower in the manner of Santiago Calatrava composed of stacked cubic segments that each rotate a few degrees, so the whole shaft twists ninety degrees from base to top and is braced by an external steel exoskeleton.
