Food Truck: Small-Scale Facades and Workstations

Design a Food Stand, a compact freestanding kiosk under three metres wide. Compose it with a fold-down timber shutter forming an awning over the service counter, a chalkboard menu on one flank, and a narrow standing ledge for customers. Behind the counter fit a tight work zone with a griddle, a small sink and under-counter storage, everything within one arm's reach. Build it from birch ply, stainless steel and a painted steel frame on castors.
