Watercolor Hand-Drawn Expression: Transparent Layering and Leaving White Space

Create an architectural rendering in traditional watercolour, drawn over a light freehand ink underdrawing. Show the building in a gentle perspective with its lines slightly irregular where the pen wavered, corners overshooting a little. Render the colour as transparent washes that let the paper show through — pale warm greys for the walls, a soft blue wash for the sky applied unevenly with a visible wet edge, greens laid in two or three layers for the trees with the underlayer showing at the margins. Detail the deliberate imperfections: a bloom where the wash was too wet, a hard edge where it dried, pigment pooling at the bottom of a stroke, and areas of pure white paper left as highlight rather than painted. Keep whole areas of the drawing unfinished — the edges of the composition fading to bare paper with only the ink line surviving. Show a few loose figures indicated in three or four strokes.
