Inclusive Turntable: Flush Disc with Grab Bar

Design a ground-level inclusive roundabout in a Taiwanese park playground. Compose a large circular disc set completely flush with the surrounding rubber surface so there is no rim to lift a wheel over, fitted with a low central grab rail and a moulded backrest so a child who cannot sit unsupported can still ride.
