Zen Stone Living Room: Stone Veneer Walls and the Imagery of Water

Render a Taiwanese living room organised around stone and the suggestion of water. Build one full-height wall in split-face grey slate with deep natural relief, laid in horizontal courses of varying height so the surface reads as a cliff rather than a cladding.
