Balinese Kitchen: Teak Cabinetry & Volcanic Stone Countertops

Design a kitchen in the Bali Style, half open to the tropics. Compose it with dark teak cabinetry with slatted fronts for ventilation, a worktop of rough volcanic stone, and a polished terrazzo floor.
