Year of the Rat Main Lantern・Tech Style: Mirror Stainless Steel and Data Stream Light

Design the main lantern of a Taiwanese Lantern Festival for the Year of the Rat, about 16 metres tall, in a high-technology language. Build the rat's form from faceted mirror-polished stainless steel panels over a visible parametric steel frame, its geometry simplified into sharp low-polygon planes so it reads as a digital model made real. Thread thousands of individually addressable LED points along the panel seams, running slow pulses of cyan and white that travel across the surface like data flowing through circuitry. Mount the whole sculpture on a slowly rotating circular base clad in brushed metal with a ring of upward-facing wash lights. Project mapped animation onto the polished surfaces from four tower positions so patterns crawl over the reflective form. Set it in an open plaza with a crowd photographing from all sides. Show a clear night with the sculpture as the brightest object, its reflections scattering across wet paving. Photorealistic, sleek, luminous and futuristic, low eye-level view emphasising scale.
