Market Canopy: Continuous Clerestory Roof Above Stalls

Design a canopy for an open-air city market, shaped by the need to light produce without heating it. Show a long roof made of repeated sawtooth bays, each bay a sloping opaque plane paired with a vertical glazed face turned away from the sun, so all the daylight entering is indirect and no direct beam ever falls on the stalls below.
