Roof-Connected Terraces: The Campus's Second Ground Level

Design a university campus in the manner of Riken Yamamoto's Saitama Prefectural University — nine separate buildings whose flat roofs are all linked into one continuous elevated deck, giving the campus a second ground level for walking, sitting and teaching outdoors above the traffic.
