Italian Modern Bar: Symmetry, Leather, and Layered Lighting

Design a hotel bar in the manner of Antonio Citterio, disciplined and warm. Build the bar as a long counter of dark stone with a bronze foot rail and a walnut front, backed by a wall of slim bronze-framed shelving with fluted glass panels behind, softly backlit. Line the room in dark walnut panelling with bronze reveals, and lay a floor of large-format dark stone with a fine bronze inlay marking the room's axis.
