Fluorescent Stacked Monoliths: Seven Colored Stone Pillars in the Wilderness

Design a land art installation in the manner of Ugo Rondinone, built from stacked boulders painted in impossible colours. Show seven vertical columns standing in an open desert plain, each around ten metres tall and made of three to five locally quarried limestone boulders balanced one on top of another, largest at the base, the stack slightly irregular so each column leans a little differently and none reads as engineered. Detail each boulder as retaining its rough natural surface entirely — every crack, pit and fracture line intact — while being coated in a single flat fluorescent colour: hot pink, acid yellow, electric blue, lime green, orange, violet, so texture and colour contradict each other completely. Show no two boulders in a column sharing a colour, and no two columns repeating the same sequence. Detail the joints between boulders as visible seams where colours meet, with a hint of the concealed steel post running through the stack. Show the setting as utterly empty: cracked pale desert floor, scrub, a distant mountain range, an enormous sky, a highway just visible in the far distance.
