Beef Noodle Restaurant: Open Kitchen and Soup Steam

Render a Taiwanese beef noodle shop where the kitchen is deliberately open to the dining room. Show a stainless steel noodle station at the front: two large stock pots with visible steam, a noodle boiling basket station with hanging baskets, and a garnish tray of pickled mustard greens, chopped scallion and coriander. Hang a powerful stainless extract hood above, its edges slightly worn. Behind, show a glass-fronted warmer holding braised beef shank.
