Between Stadium and Residence: Noise Buffers and Earth Mounds

Render the buffer zone between a floodlit sports court and the apartment blocks that back onto the park, designed to keep the neighbours on side. Show a landform bund rising three or four metres between the two, its park-facing slope gently graded and mown, its residential side steeper and densely planted with a mixed evergreen shrub belt and small trees so no direct line of sight or sound path remains. Detail a solid absorptive barrier concealed within the bund's crest — a timber-faced acoustic fence just visible where the planting is still establishing. Show the court's floodlights on slim masts angled steeply downward with deep shields and flat glass, throwing light onto the court and almost nothing beyond, with the apartment facades visibly dark. Include a path running along the park side of the bund with benches facing the court, and a row of mature trees on the residential side.
