Create an identity presentation sheet for a residential development, laid out flat. Show the primary wordmark large at the top — a refined serif or a geometric sans in a restrained treatment, with a small abstract mark beside it derived from the building's geometry. Detail a row of variations beneath: the mark alone, the horizontal lockup, the stacked lockup, and a single-colour reversed version on a dark swatch. Show a colour palette strip of four or five swatches with their codes, weighted by intended use. Detail the typography specimen showing the heading and body faces at several sizes with their names.
