Skin Experiment Bar: Anomalous Material Combinations

Design a bar interior in the manner of Herzog & de Meuron, built from an unexpected material used at an unusual scale. Clad the entire main wall and ceiling in a single unconventional element repeated thousands of times — cast glass blocks with an irregular hand-formed face, or stacked timber offcuts, or moulded concrete units with a deep relief pattern — so the surface reads as one continuous rugged field. Backlight it so the material's thickness and irregularity become visible as varying translucency. Keep the bar itself as a simple heavy monolith of dark stone with no detailing, and the seating as plain dark stools with no upholstery. Leave the floor in poured dark resin, seamless and slightly reflective. Allow no artwork, no bottles on display, no visible branding — the wall does everything. Show evening lighting with the wall as the primary source and everything else falling into shadow. Photorealistic, dark, textural and slightly unsettling, eye-level view along the bar.
