Underpass Flood Control: Pumping, Flood Barriers, and Elevation

Show how a pedestrian underpass in a typhoon-prone city handles water, with the measures visible rather than hidden. Render the entrance with its threshold deliberately raised two steps above the surrounding pavement so surface water cannot simply run in, the level regained by a short ramp inside.
