Year of the Dog Main Lantern - Cartoon Style: Droopy-Eared Smiling Dog and Bone

Design the main lantern of a Taiwanese Lantern Festival for the Year of the Dog, about 14 metres tall, as a lovable cartoon character. Give the dog a round chubby body, an oversized head with enormous shining eyes, long soft floppy ears, a big black button nose and a wide open-mouthed smile with the tongue out.
