Riverside Park Levee Outer Space: Flood-Tolerant Open Lawn

Design a riverside park on the flood side of a Taiwanese levee, designed to be submerged. Compose broad open mown grass with almost no structures, a cycle path and a running loop in permeable surfacing, and sports pitches marked out with flush sockets rather than fixed posts. Keep every fitting either demountable or anchored and washable, with no timber and no loose furniture. Set the toilets and shelter up on the levee itself, reached by a ramp over the crest.
